About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead site performance improvement initiatives using the Growth and Performance System (GPS) to achieve operational excellence.
- Partner with site leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Drive cultural transformation by promoting Lean thinking and problem-solving methodologies across the organization.
- Lead the Margin Improvement program (MIP) to ensure achievement of annual cost savings, efficiency, and productivity targets.
- Facilitate and coach cross-functional teams on Lean/Six Sigma tools, including root cause analysis and process mapping.
- Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor process performance and continuous improvement progress.
- Support the Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, cGMP, FDA regulations, and EHS standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or a related environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing improvement projects from concept to execution.
- Solid understanding of cGMP, FDA, and EHS regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
