Senior Operator, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and visually inspect production equipment to ensure high-quality manufacturing standards
• Document material runs using Batch Production Records, In-Process Sheets, Log Books, and Time Sheets
• Perform material/component consumption, status verification, and post-batch returns within SAP
• Execute equipment calibration for scales, line meters, coating ovens, and micrometers
• Coordinate and oversee the work of other Operators, acting as a backup to the Lead Operator or Supervisor
• Prepare process-specific cleaning activities for lines and equipment to maintain an orderly work area
• Collaborate with QA and Production Support to evaluate and minimize the impact of unscripted production events
• Assist in training new personnel in manufacturing operations under supervisor guidance

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience (a combination of experience and education will be considered)
• Proven experience in equipment setup and operation
• Proficiency in documentation via Batch Production Records
• Experience with SAP for material verification and component returns
• Ability to perform equipment calibration
