About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage high-severity and complex incidents across interconnected systems
- Lead technical investigations, root-cause analyses, and post-incident reviews
- Define and refine monitoring strategies and optimize observability
- Coordinate preventive-maintenance initiatives and environment optimization
- Validate deployment plans, rollback procedures, and testing strategies
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in IT
- At least 3 years in a senior operational role managing complex incidents
- Experience supporting containerized and cloud-native production environments
- Proficiency in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, Capacity)
- Experience with Linux/Unix, container orchestration, and CI/CD (Github, Sonarqube, Git)
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Bicep, Red Hat OpenShift, or Ansible
- Experience with Docker/Podman, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, or Elasticsearch
- Knowledge of middleware and integration technologies (API gateways, messaging, event-streaming)
- Excellent command of the English language
