Senior Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and warehouse checks
• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management processes
• Manage driver bookings, route planning, and the package dispatching process
• Conduct quality checkups on return pickups and manage the return-to-client process
• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs through comprehensive daily reporting
• Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding new hires
• Evaluate employee performance and address workplace conduct or compliance issues

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership and coaching within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong expertise in safety and compliance enforcement
• Proficiency in shipping, receiving, and inventory management oversight
• Ability to perform detailed data entry, administration, and performance reporting
• Experience managing fast-paced operations and addressing customer service issues promptly
