Senior Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day cleaning operations by visiting, cleaning, and restocking restroom units in the field
• Inspect and maintain unit appearance and basic functionality to ensure high standards
• Monitor user feedback and collaborate with management to improve cleaning scores and processes
• Safely operate a medium-duty pump truck to remove wastewater and dispose of it at treatment facilities
• Utilize internal tools and dashboards to schedule and track pumping needs
• Support local technicians by inspecting units and identifying repair needs
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and repairs such as unclogging, parts replacement, and door belt tensioning
• Complete warehouse, field, and administrative tasks with daily reporting to the Seattle warehouse

Requirements

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with mobile workforce applications, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfort working with human waste systems
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in outdoor urban environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Chauffeur's License or experience driving medium or heavy-duty vehicles
• Experience operating basic hand-tools and machinery safely
