Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs
• Handle operational escalations and resolve critical cases promptly
• Review workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend improvement initiatives
• Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
• Utilize AI tools and automation to optimize operational processes and improve productivity
• Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to internal standards and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve overall performance
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Quality Assurance, or a similar role
• Previous experience in moderation, monitoring, or operational supervision
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in improving operational workflows
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
