Senior Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supporting executives with key business activities including strategy, planning, and operational execution
• Leading cross-functional coordination during company growth and market expansion
• Providing hands-on support during business trips, client visits, and important meetings
• Acting as a bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external partners
• Managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, business support, or similar roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel frequently
• High level of professionalism for direct executive interaction
