Senior Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Reconcile trades and positions intraday and next day across multiple asset classes
• Calculate daily P&L and cash, identify and explain breaks
• Manage the full trade lifecycle including execution, settlement, fees, and interest bookings
• Analyze large datasets to identify issues and improve processes
• Collaborate with Prime Brokers, trading desks, risk, compliance, and finance
• Automate manual tasks using scripting

Requirements

• 5+ years in trading operations, middle office, or financial services
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a quantitative field
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to handle large, complex datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to trading, front office, or technology teams
