Senior Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage a component of operations and lead a PM shift (3:30-12AM MST)
• Communicate status updates to key stakeholders and escalate/resolve issues
• Serve as an escalation path for field incidents and onsite issues
• Balance business needs, costs, and safety
• Act as an expert in autonomous technology to track and convey changes
• Drive and contribute to operational metrics

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience, preferably in the autonomous industry
• Valid U.S. driver's license and successful MVR completion
• Experience managing operationally efficient teams through multiple product phases
• Proven track record in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
• Analytical mindset with ability to deliver actionable recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in gSuite
• Experience with JIRA
• Proficiency in SQL
