Senior Operations Research Analyst Trainer

Responsibilities

• Instruct the collection and exploitation of Publicly Available Information (PAI) using OSINT tools
• Train personnel on the exploitation of social media and publicly accessible databases
• Guide the gathering, synthesis, and analysis of open-source intelligence to support force protection, counterterrorism, and counternarcotics missions
• Instruct on responding to Requests for Information (RFI)
• Provide expert input for the development of OSINT training curricula
• Support operational planning, technical papers, and other directed customer tasks

Requirements

• 8+ years of intelligence experience with a Master's degree (MA/MS) or 10+ years with a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• Graduate of Government OSINT Training courses (e.g., OS301/OS302, or OS300)
• Proven experience training individuals and conducting intelligence analytical support for the DoD
• Experience utilizing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools (e.g., SILO, SCRAAWL, Data Miner, and Babel)
• Demonstrated knowledge of signature reduction and experience collecting/exploiting information from the deep web and dark web
• Foreign language capabilities of 2+/2+ DLPT or better
• Proficiency in scripting languages and technologies, including Python, Java, R Script, and JEMA
