About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the Single Threaded Owner for all aspects of operational readiness for the program
- Create, launch, and optimize operational efficiencies in NPI operations
- Coordinate information flow and lead cross-functional teams in support of manufacturing and operations
- Provide product and supply chain cost analysis to support product development
- Drive alignment of processes and initiatives throughout the Product Operations organization
- Incorporate industry best practices and drive cross-functional lessons learned
Requirements
- 5+ years of program management or technical project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience driving process improvements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Operations Research, Robotics, or Mathematics
- Experience working for Amazon or an Amazon subsidiary
