Senior Operations Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate value creation and upstream activities across Asia to support private equity and venture capital funds and direct companies.
• Develop, pilot, and scale value creation products and tools tailored to local market conditions.
• Identify value creation opportunities for portfolio companies and high-probability pipeline funds.
• Drive the integration of advisory and upstream priorities into regional investment strategies and workflows.
• Lead the operational coordination of regional knowledge and learning activities, including training and capacity-building events.
• Collect and analyze client and market data to support the design of solutions for market creation and sector reform.
• Manage the implementation of complex projects and prepare essential project documentation such as Concept Notes and Implementation Plans.
• Contribute to raising donor funds by developing proposals and preparing progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in entrepreneurship ecosystem development, project development, or advisory functions in emerging markets.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage the execution of major projects.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated capacity to innovate and create projects or programs from scratch.
• Understanding of the digital economy and emerging technologies in high-growth economies.
• Willingness to travel throughout the sub-region and to headquarters.
