Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process of deploying on-road ADAS testing strategy in Detroit, MI
• Deliver key testing outputs and on-road performance metrics
• Optimize resource allocation by balancing fleet availability with team schedules
• Manage and allocate work to team members, including operational Shift Leads
• Evaluate and adjust operational plans to align with customer needs and technological advancements
• Serve as a liaison between strategic planning teams and on-ground operational staff
• Implement continuous improvement practices for testing procedures and safety protocols
• Collaborate with Fleet Servicing, Field Engineering, and Quality Assurance functions

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational management, preferably in automotive testing or tech
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into tactical plans
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities
• Demonstrated capability in resource planning and fleet/personnel management
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of ADAS technology and on-road testing requirements
