Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shuttle operations, including schedules, routes, and vehicle/driver assignments
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to build a culture of accountability and service excellence
• Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize routes, vehicle utilization, and labor productivity
• Monitor operational data and KPIs to ensure compliance with client SLAs and identify performance risks
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure the financial performance of operational teams
• Coordinate with Fleet and People & Culture teams to ensure vehicle availability and adequate staffing
• Develop standardized safety documentation and maintain policy compliance

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience
• Experience in a transportation or logistical environment preferred
• Experience with Samsara, TripShot, or Fleetio preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
• Proven experience in continuous improvement and project management
• Strong understanding of financial management principles
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel as necessary for geographic expansion
