Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish operational procedures for incoming/outgoing shipments, material handling, and inventory management
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse and equipment
• Coordinate warehouse activities with customer service and sales departments
• Ensure safe operations, including sanitation, maintenance, security, and housekeeping standards
• Manage the operation's budget and P&L
• Monitor and ensure facility KPIs are met for profitability and productivity
• Lead interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management for supervisory and hourly staff
• Oversee warehouse sanitation and resolve operational problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, or Distribution Operations (or equivalent experience)
• 6 to 8 years of related experience in operations leadership
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Outlook/Gmail, and Project Management Software
• Experience leading teams of 40+ employees
• Strong ability to solve practical problems and interpret complex instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with labor management systems and productivity initiatives
• Lean Six Sigma certification
