Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all operational activities across the program
• Formulate and implement policies to ensure efficient and compliant operations
• Manage acquisition and employment of project resources to meet contractual requirements
• Oversee contractor execution of Task Order (TO) requirements and ensure alignment with mission objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government COR for technical and project-related matters
• Lead through subordinate supervisors to ensure effective coordination across departments

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• At least 7 years in supervisory roles across program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, or financial management
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Computer Science/IT discipline
• Active Top Secret security clearance
• US Citizenship

• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and program management principles
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
