Senior Operations Manager, Rules & Automation

About the Company

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that spans the full care journey from Ambient AI to autonomous RCM processing. The company supports over 500,000 clinicians and handles billions in annual claims.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and impact revenue and profitability
• Design and implement systems and processes to facilitate scalability in a hyper-growth environment
• Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and own operational metrics including productivity, quality, and scalability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams
• Drive the entire project management process for client onboarding and continuous metric improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software/data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or SaaS operations
• B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, CS, or Data Science) from a top 20 university
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience driving results as an individual contributor and working with technical teams
• Ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in autonomous, fast-paced environments

• Experience with Retool
• Experience with API and Web Scraping
