Senior Operations Manager, Rules & Automation

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that integrates with over 60 EHRs to automate documentation, patient workflows, and revenue cycle management. The company is transforming the $1 trillion administrative burden in healthcare through AI-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and impact revenue and profitability
• Design and implement systems and processes to facilitate scalability in a hyper-growth environment
• Solve complex, ambiguous business problems and own operational metrics including productivity, quality, and scalability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software/data engineering, consulting, investment banking, or SaaS operations
• B.S. or M.S. in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Engineering, CS, or Data Science) from a top 20 university
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience driving results as an individual contributor and working with technical teams
• Strong project management skills to ensure timely onboarding and metric improvement
• Ability to thrive in autonomous, fast-paced, and chaotic environments
