Senior Operations Manager - Reverse Logistics

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of reverse logistics operations, including inspection, testing, repair, repackaging, and storage
• Drive culture transformation by building a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace environment
• Own P&L responsibility for the reverse logistics division, ensuring cost control and profitability
• Implement best practices for process optimization, sustainability, and warehouse space utilization
• Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction
• Manage and develop talent through subordinate managers to foster professional growth

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operations management
• 5+ years of experience specifically in reverse logistics or related fields
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Expertise in process optimization and driving operational change
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
