Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safety-First culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, AIB, GMP, HACCP, FSSC, and FDA requirements
• Lead all receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and inbound warehouse operations
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle count programs, audits, and root cause analysis
• Oversee daily receiving operations including unloading, inspection, and documentation
• Develop inventory management strategies to optimize space utilization and product rotation
• Lead and motivate large teams across receiving, inventory control, and shipping functions
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improve warehouse performance
• Partner with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams to ensure operational alignment

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Strong experience with receiving, inventory control, cycle counting, and WMS
• Knowledge of food manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to lead and develop large teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or TPM certifications
• 5+ years of plant operations experience
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
