Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Legora's operating model, including direction setting, decision-making processes, and alignment building
• Run the company's operating rhythm, including quarterly planning, OKR processes, and weekly metrics heartbeats
• Build and maintain the company metric tree from North Star down to team-level inputs
• Define and hold the decision-rights framework to manage escalations and ownership
• Serve as a cross-functional integrator for initiatives falling between team mandates
• Partner with functional leads (EPD, GTM, Finance, People, Legal) to translate strategy into roadmaps
• Produce structured communications such as quarterly all-hands framing and leadership materials
• Build and lead a small Business Operations team as the function matures

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience combining analytical rigor with hands-on operating work
• Experience running company-wide planning processes (OKRs, quarterly reviews, metric trees) at companies with 300+ people
• Strong operating judgment and ability to move between system design and implementation
• Executive presence and ability to drive outcomes through influence
• Clear, direct communication style with a focus on structured writing
• Comfort building structure within ambiguous, founding-role environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building an operating model or decision-rights framework from scratch
• Experience with M&A integration or organizational design
• Background in a Chief of Staff or VP Ops capacity
• Experience in hyper-growth environments where the organization doubled multiple times
