Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage Change Management within the LOGCAP Program Management Office
• Supervise personnel in generating basis of estimates (BOE), concepts of operations (CONOPS), and consolidated budgets
• Manage UCO/UCA (undefinitized contract actions), negotiations, and new work proposals for the US Government
• Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and projections for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead
• Perform cost forecasting and utilize parametric and analogy estimating methods
• Collaborate with Program Management to ensure project success, risk mitigation, and smooth execution
• Evaluate pre-solicitations, technical exhibits, and RFPs to address inconsistencies

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, including senior leadership responsibility
• Extensive experience managing Government-directed changes within large, complex DoD or U.S. Government programs
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to travel internationally, potentially to austere locations
• Ability to meet KBR and Government pre-deployment requirements (medical, drug, and background checks)

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a national security clearance at the Secret level
