Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B
• Drive operating profit per unit by managing revenues and cost controls
• Monitor guest feedback across all channels to eliminate recurring issues
• Champion a culture of service and operational excellence
• Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, and the community
• Communicate with partners and guests to resolve issues and develop performance strategies

Requirements

• 2+ years of hotel management experience
• Proficiency with property management systems and hospitality software
• Demonstrated ability to drive guest experience scores (GSS, NPS)
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret financial statements
• Proven experience in hiring, developing, and managing high-performing teams
• Ability to work onsite (95% of the time) and live within driving distance of assigned properties
