Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams including rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and F&B
• Drive operating profit per unit by managing revenues and cost controls
• Monitor guest feedback across all channels to eliminate recurring issues
• Champion a culture of service and operational excellence
• Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, and the community
• Define and evaluate activities of indirect stakeholders and external vendors

Requirements

• 2+ years of hotel management experience
• Proficiency with property management systems and hospitality software
• Demonstrated ability to drive guest experience scores (GSS, NPS)
• Strong financial acumen to interpret financial statements and operational data
• Ability to work onsite 95% of the time
• Must live within driving distance of assigned property(ies)

• Experience in strategic planning and long-term goal achievement
• Ability to leverage historical data for predictive analysis
• Proven track record in hiring and developing high-performing teams
