Senior Operations Manager, Infrastructure

About the Company

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that spans the full care journey from Ambient AI to autonomous RCM processing. The company supports over 500,000 clinicians and handles billions in annual claims.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the decision-maker and process architect for requests falling outside standard product boundaries
• Field escalations from Sales, Operations, and Account Management to drive defensible resolutions
• Own EHR Credentialing operations, mapping workflows and driving automation to reduce cycle time and error rates
• Provide operational backbone for Business Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation management
• Codify exception triage and BizOps workflows into documented playbooks using AI tools and platforms like Retool
• Establish team operating cadence through weekly reviews, SLA reports, and cross-functional syncs

Requirements

• 5–8 years in operations, product operations, or technical operations
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or healthcare technology
• Proven experience managing a small team and holding staff accountable to SLAs
• Hands-on experience with SQL and BI or internal tooling platforms (e.g., Looker Studio, Retool, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong process design instincts and systems thinking
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for policy and executive documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in healthcare technology, EHR systems, or clinical workflow operations
• Experience in BizOps, GTM Ops, or Revenue Operations
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and low-code platforms like Retool or Vercel
