Senior Operations Manager, Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact processes and key verticals or client workflows from discovery to deployment
• Design and automate workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and LLMs to improve scalability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities
• Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or startup
• Strong SQL fluency for querying, analyzing, and structuring data
• Excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems
• Experience building or integrating workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools
• Experience building with LLMs, SQL apps, or data pipelines
