Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as driver supply, fulfillment rates, and passenger waiting times
• Manage and mentor a team of Operations Executives
• Develop high-impact campaigns to acquire and retain drivers
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Public Affairs teams on new features and sustainability initiatives
• Use large datasets to identify trends and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience
• At least 3 years of people management experience
• Strong project management skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Understanding of technology-driven marketplaces
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive network in the Irish market segments
