Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of 300+ associates and 10 salaried employees
• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment center operations for D2C and B2B customers
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and quality
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Manage the fulfillment center budget and implement cost control measures
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service departments
• Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Site Leader in a large-scale fulfillment or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and warehousing
• Experience managing large teams of both hourly and salaried employees
• Proficiency in data analysis and KPI monitoring
• Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of warehouse health and safety regulations
