Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 300+ associates and 10 salaried employees, including department managers and supervisors.
• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment center operations, ensuring efficient processing for both D2C and B2B customers.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve performance targets.
• Manage the facility budget, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and waste elimination.
• Foster a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless process integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Leader in a large-scale fulfillment center or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated success managing large teams of both hourly and salaried employees.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics/KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and relevant software applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong problem-solving skills.
