Senior Operations Manager, Field Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Field Finance and Deal Desk system projects from demand to implementation
• Lead the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), test case scenarios, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Manage and prioritize the backlog of system projects and cross-functional requests
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical project requests from Legal, Accounting, and Operations
• Lead implementation of system changes including Ironclad CLM, Salesforce CPQ, and Docusign
• Develop and maintain documentation for Field Finance processes, policies, and best practices
• Act as the first point of contact for SOX controls and policies owned by the GTM finance organization
• Identify and deploy new AI solutions to increase team productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Sales Operations, or Systems deployments
• 3+ years in a management or project leadership capacity
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects related to CRM and CPQ
• Demonstrated expertise with Ironclad, CLM, Salesforce CPQ, and Docusign eSignature
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end deal cycle in a fast-paced tech environment
• Ability to write clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and UAT plans
