Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports through coaching and guidance.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold strict compliance with health and safety regulations to foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity and accuracy metrics, to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Partner with Human Resources to manage the hiring process for Supervisors and select top talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure prompt order fulfillment and exceptional satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in the logistics industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management position within the logistics or manufacturing industries.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management.
