Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies for supply partnerships in ground transportation services
• Manage, negotiate, and improve supply costs, quality metrics, and availability
• Own supply pricing and margin performance to meet profitability targets
• Make operational decisions regarding pricing adjustments and capacity allocation
• Maintain strong partner engagement and loyalty
• Represent chauffeur insights internally to inform strategy and product improvements
• Drive process improvements through cross-functional collaboration
• Use data analysis to identify risks and improve forecasting accuracy
• Grow, lead, and develop the regional chauffeur supply team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of partnership management and relationship-driven business models
• Highly analytical approach with ability to translate data into action
• Experience managing KPIs, margin performance, and operational roadmaps
• Skilled negotiator capable of structuring win-win outcomes
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Availability for regular travel (approximately 25–40%)
