Senior Operations Manager, B2B Operations Enablement

Responsibilities

• Own the scaling of existing programs and client launch operations, including launch planning, QA, and cross-functional coordination.
• Design operational infrastructure for new modalities such as partner-led enrollment and SSO integration.
• Build scalable B2B operations processes for preceptor operations, admissions workflows, and sponsorship management.
• Lead and develop two direct reports through goal setting and consistent coaching.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Learning, Customer Success, and Solutions Architecture to align on tooling and program readiness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations or consulting experience
• 2+ years of building B2B operations enablement within a start-up
• Experience designing and documenting operational processes, playbooks, and SOPs
• Strong project management instincts and dependency tracking
• Experience working cross-functionally on technical or product-adjacent projects
• Ability to manage a team while remaining hands-on
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments
