Senior Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and guide the operational team to ensure high performance.
• Utilize data analysis to monitor purchasing figures and conversion rates to optimize the business unit.
• Manage staffing levels to ensure purchasing objectives are consistently met.
• Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders and departments.
• Conduct comprehensive bi-annual feedback sessions in partnership with the People Team.
• Drive process improvements and lead teams through organizational changes.

Requirements

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of thinking and working.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a commercial, operational, or performance-driven environment.
• Proven experience in managing, coaching, or developing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working in a KPI-driven environment.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language; English proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Based in or near central Netherlands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Affinity with the automotive industry.
• Experience managing change management processes within a team.
