About the Company

Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that spans the full care journey from Ambient AI to autonomous Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The company supports over 500,000 clinicians and handles billions in annual claims.

Responsibilities

  • Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives
  • Drive operational metrics including process throughput and defect rates
  • Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation to support 5-10x scaling
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, and Account Management teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for large, complex accounts representing $1.2M - $1.5M in ARR
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and maximize retention
  • Serve as an escalation point for junior team members regarding client relationships
  • Breakdown complex business problems and own execution and outcomes

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS company
  • Experience leading others in client-facing roles
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Strong project management expertise with experience deploying multiple projects in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively in high-growth/chaotic environments
  • Strong communication skills to lead client meetings and discuss difficult subjects
  • 10-20% travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment
