About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive client growth through operational optimization and new growth initiatives
- Drive operational metrics including process throughput and defect rates
- Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, training, and documentation
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of internal operations projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, and Account Management teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for large and complex accounts representing $1.2M - $1.5M in ARR
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and maximize retention
- Serve as an escalation point for junior team members regarding client relationships
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or SaaS operations
- Experience leading others in client-facing roles
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Strong project management expertise in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize in high-growth/chaotic environments
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space
- Prior experience in a startup environment
