Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain cafe SOPs and operational systems, driving continuous improvement based on feedback.
  • Lead the development and rollout of AI-powered tools and workflow automations to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with L&D to update training curriculum and serve as HQ Sponsor for student leadership cohorts.
  • Manage guest recovery tickets with 24-hour response standards and analyze feedback patterns.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent POS implementation across all cafes in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in foodservice or hospitality operations.
  • Proven track record of building SOPs, training programs, or automations.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time with a valid driver's license.
  • Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and workflow builders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing AI tools or automations in an operational setting.
  • Experience in large-scale training or curriculum development.
