Senior Operations Associate, Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own program infrastructure including master schedules, workstream tracking, and weekly status reporting
• Build and maintain rigorous quantitative models, capacity models, and unit economics analyses in Excel
• Support supply chain and operations analysis including inventory planning and component lead time tracking
• Provide decision support for build vs. buy, headcount ramp, and cost delta analyses
• Manage meeting and cadence operations including agendas, decision logs, and action item tracking
• Coordinate cross-functionally across engineering, supply chain, construction, and finance workstreams

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or industrial engineering
• Demonstrated ability to build rigorous spreadsheet models from scratch
• Experience with manufacturing or supply chain scaling
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving operational environments
• Strong written communication skills for drafting updates and decision memos for C-Suite leadership
• Proficiency using AI tools with a focus on accuracy and verification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Knowledge of value stream mapping
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools
