Senior Operations Associate, Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own the master schedule, workstream tracking, and weekly status reporting across active initiatives
• Build and maintain capacity models, unit economics analyses, scenario plans, and operational forecasts in Excel
• Support inventory planning, component lead time tracking, and MRP inputs
• Provide decision support for build vs. buy, headcount ramp, and cost delta analyses
• Manage meeting agendas, decision logs, and action item tracking
• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, construction, and finance workstreams

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, or industrial engineering
• Demonstrated ability to build rigorous spreadsheet models from scratch
• Experience with manufacturing or supply chain scaling
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong written communication skills for C-Suite and board-level reporting
• Proficiency using AI tools for accurate reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Knowledge of value stream mapping
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools
