Senior Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of day-to-day forecast guidance and co-build systems to manage network volume
• Develop operational plans for scheduled business moments like holidays and promotions
• Lead the response to unplanned incidents such as weather or supply-side shocks
• Partner with data teams to interrogate models and pinpoint real-world friction
• Coordinate the squad's programme of work and help guide prioritization

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, programme management, or consulting
• Proficiency in SQL for independent data querying
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and alignment
• Experience running projects or working closely with Programme Managers
• High resilience and a bias for action in fast-moving environments
