Senior Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage a component of operations and lead a dynamic operations team
• Communicate status updates to key stakeholders and escalate/resolve issues
• Serve as an escalation path for field incidents and onsite issues
• Balance business needs, costs, and safety
• Act as an expert in autonomous technology and track changes
• Drive and improve operational metrics

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience, preferably in the autonomous industry
• Experience managing an operationally efficient team through multiple product phases
• Proven track record in cross-functional initiatives within complex environments
• Analytical mindset with ability to deliver actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in gSuite, JIRA, or SQL is preferred
