Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for the Business Unit regarding operational themes
• Identify opportunities and promote improvements in existing processes
• Build and maintain performance and quality indicators
• Interact with other areas such as Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Technology
• Manage the supplier chain

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of credit and debit card operational structures
• Previous experience in relationship management with card industry suppliers
• Knowledge of card brand rules, regulatory requirements, and legal notices
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo
