Senior Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead chargeback and payment method projects, ensuring proper planning, execution, risk control, and stakeholder alignment.
• Design and optimize operational flows and card dispute rules to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor the production environment, handling incident troubleshooting and implementing continuous improvements.
• Provide regular status reports and maintain control over project deadlines and risks.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Production Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of the payment ecosystem and card industry is highly desirable.
• Intermediate Spanish skills are preferred.
