Senior Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers into Grapevine’s procurement platform, owning the process end-to-end
• Manage several critical projects simultaneously, ruthlessly prioritizing high-impact work
• Build new tools and reports in Excel/Sheets to create repeatable, accurate data operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to optimize procurement outcomes
• Conduct analyses and create playbooks to drive down pricing for customers
• Serve as the launchpad for a premium customer experience

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a high-velocity environment, startup operations, investment banking, or management consulting
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in fast-shifting environments and recalibrate on the fly
• Highly organized with the ability to execute and improve playbooks
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets
• Unmatched standard of excellence and urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in implementations, project management, or complex customer onboarding
• Experience in med-surg supplier/GPO contracts or sales
• Prior work at an early-stage tech company
• Familiarity with healthcare procurement workflows

Benefits

• Annual base salary of $90,000 – $120,000
• Equity commensurate with the level of hire
