Senior Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create and validate data metrics independently using SQL and Python
• Develop quantitative analysis and statistical models to evaluate and steer Care decision-making
• Maintain data governance standards and conduct impact analysis for senior leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various departments
• Lead data training sessions for the Care department and serve as an escalation point for queries
• Mentor newer Operations Analyst team members and provide technical guidance
• Estimate and manage workloads independently to drive innovation through analytics

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Extensive experience with Databricks and Looker
• Proven experience in operations support or a similar analytical role
• Strong background in statistical modeling and business analytics
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and change management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives
• AI curiosity and experience utilizing AI tools to streamline processes
