Senior Operational Excellence Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize production processes and flows
• Conduct root cause analyses and ensure implementation and follow-up of actions
• Develop and establish functional routines, control points, and standardized working methods
• Identify needs for technical improvements such as automation, robotics, and vision-based quality control
• Contribute to reducing manual tasks through smart and efficient solutions
• Work closely with operators and production teams to ensure practical implementation

Requirements

• Senior experience in business development and Operational Excellence within manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of LEAN Manufacturing, flow optimization, and process improvement
• Documented experience in identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
• Experience with quality requirements in industries such as automotive
• Experience or interest in automation, robotics, and modern production technology
• Experience in business development, production technical management, process development, or quality management
