Senior Operational Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and deploy Epicor ERP solutions focused on operational best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies using Epicor Kinetic functionalities.
• Document operational processes, procedures, and system changes to ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Provide training and technical support to users to address inquiries and resolve system issues.
• Conduct business requirement analysis and gap analysis to document system needs.
• Guide senior management on change management strategies to implement new technologies and processes.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and operational teams.
• Travel as required by project demands.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in operational consulting, business process improvement, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven track record of leading high-level operational projects and delivering measurable improvements.
• Expertise in workflow optimization, business strategy, and financial impact analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, automation tools, and digital transformation strategies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with experience advising C-suite executives.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in SCM and Manufacturing operational consulting.
