Senior Operational Accountant

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Prepare accurate financial reports and manage budget processes
• Perform account reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close processes
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions
• Coordinate audits and work collaboratively with the finance team to improve internal processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong background in Financial Accounting, Reporting, and Budget Management
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial forecasting tools
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and Local Accounting Standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA
• Previous experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sector
• Proficiency in additional languages
