Senior Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations to ensure business efficiency and the attainment of budget and KPIs
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise manufacturing operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to production plans
• Drive continuous process improvement through the implementation of Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and JIT principles
• Manage and performance review a team of 60-80 blue-collar workers
• Ensure compliance with national legislation regarding safety, health, and environmental protection
• Coordinate with various functions to manage manpower utilization, equipment, facilities, and production control

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering (knowledge of Business Administration is a plus)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations or plant management within the manufacturing industry
• Proven experience managing and leading a workforce of 60-80 blue-collar workers
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance and controlling within the China market
• In-depth expertise in continuous improvement methodologies including Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, and JIT
• Fluent in English with excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
• Experience cooperating with international headquarters and global subsidiaries
