Senior OPC Engineer - Urban Transport

Responsibilities

• Act as the OPC lead (General, Studies, or Works) for complex urban transport projects like tramways or BHNS
• Supervise an OPC project team
• Manage task planning and work phasing
• Monitor progress and provide reporting
• Oversee works and manage schedule-related risks
• Ensure planning responsibility during both study and construction phases within multi-actor environments

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in OPC or project planning within the transport sector (AMO/MOE)
• Proficiency in planning tools: MS Project, Primavera, or Tilos
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and dynamic approach
• English proficiency is a plus
